Standard Feedback
For feedback on specific sections of the Standard during the Beta v0.5 review period. When submitting feedback, please reference the specific Book and section number. All feedback received before the close of the beta review period will be considered in the preparation of version 1.0.
The citation format for referencing a specific section is: Founder Financial Infrastructure Standard, Beta v0.5, Book [number], Section [number]. A full explanation of the citation format is available on the Cite the Standard page.
Investor and Partnership Enquiries
Investors who wish to incorporate FFI compliance into portfolio requirements, term sheet language, or pre-investment screening are welcome to contact the Standard team using the general enquiries address. Accelerators and venture programs seeking to use the Standard in cohort programs should also use the general enquiries address.

Response Times
The FFI Standard team aims to respond to all enquiries within five working days. During periods of high volume, responses may take longer. Feedback submitted to the standard enquiries address is reviewed on a monthly basis during the beta period and may not receive an individual response unless clarification is required.
